DealNurture ("we", "our", "us") operates the DealNurture platform — an AI-powered real estate investing tool that helps investors find motivated sellers, make AI-assisted calls, and manage their deal pipeline. Our contact email is support@dealnurture.com.

Account data — your name and email address when you sign up.

Billing data — payment card details handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Lead and property data — property addresses, owner names, and phone numbers sourced from public records via our data providers. This data relates to third parties (property owners), not our users.

Call data — AI call recordings, transcripts, and analysis generated when our platform contacts leads on your behalf.

Usage data — page views, feature interactions, and error logs used to improve the platform.

We use the data we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver leads matching your buy box criteria
• Place AI-assisted outbound calls to property owners on your behalf
• Process your credit purchases and payments
• Send transactional emails (hot lead alerts, credit balance notifications)
• Monitor platform health and fix bugs

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell your data to anyone.

We share your account data with the following processors solely to operate the platform:

• Clerk — processes your name and email to manage authentication and sign-in
• Stripe — processes your payment details to handle your credit purchases
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (alerts, notifications) to your email address

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own purposes.

Separately, our platform uses third-party infrastructure to deliver its core features — AI calling and property data sourcing. These services process data about property owners (leads), not about you as a platform user.

Optional integrations. If you choose to connect an optional integration (for example, Google Calendar, or an outbound webhook to a system you control), we share only the specific data that integration needs — and only at your direction. You can disconnect it at any time from your settings.

When our platform places AI calls to property owners on your behalf, those calls may be recorded. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and used only to provide analysis features within your account. You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording consent laws in the states where you operate.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain your data for 90 days before deletion, during which you may request an export. Call recordings and lead data are retained while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of account closure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@dealnurture.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
